In case you have forgotten your e-learning password please use the Forgot Password Link
Then enter your student email.
After that, check the Junk/Spam folder of your mailbox where password reset instructions will be sent.
You will then reset your e-learning password and access your account.
The lecturer(s) are tasked with adding students to a course. In case the courses have not been added to your account, kindly liaise with the lecturer. Alternatively contact the Daystar hepdesk
The submission button disappears immediately after the lapse of the submission deadlines. Kindly liaise with the lecturer for advise on the way forward.
If you have forgotten your password, you may contact ICT support by clicking here. They will send you the password after a while.
If you’re not receiving new emails, consider these steps:
Use Outlook to check your emails – not Gmail. Daystar no longer uses Gmail to send emails. The Outlook link is https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox
Use a browser – e.g. Chrome or Firefox, and not the Outlook app on mobile or laptop.
Outlook email for all official communication from the University and departments.
View your fees balance, check your grades, register for classes, and more.
Register for online classes, download notes, and C.A.T.s, submit assignments and exams; and more.
Access the diverse print and digital library resources that facilitate learning.
Seamlessly connect to the Daystar eduroam network that lets you access Wi-Fi.
